Data retention

In line with the storage limitation principle, we retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose, then delete or anonymise it.

| Submitted content | Uploaded files, form data | During service provision, then deleted; technical backups for a limited period |

These periods may be adjusted due to legal obligations, specific contracts, or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
